Dear customers, we value our partnerships and want them to be honest, clear, and open. Please read the terms of this Agreement carefully before using the website and placing an order. These are the rules by which our company operates. Learn about your rights and our responsibilities. Lyubimy Dom is a distributor of the following products: fabrics intended for interior decoration both indoors and outdoors, curtain fabrics, fittings for textiles, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

After placing your order, a regional manager will contact you to clarify the details. Your order is considered complete only after 100% prepayment. Please note: According to the Consumer Protection Law, cut-off items are not subject to exchange or return! Please be careful when placing your order.
Fabric delivery is subject to 100% prepayment. The payment method will be agreed upon with your manager when accepting your order.
Fabrics are shipped within Ukraine via delivery services (Nova Poshta, Intime, Gunsel, and Autolux). The customer is responsible for shipping costs within Ukraine. Delivery (or replacement) of defective goods is covered by Lyubimy Dom. The delivery service is responsible for any loss or delay in transit.
Lyubimy Dom is not responsible for any incorrect delivery address specified by the Customer.
In the event of an incorrect shipment of fabric due to the Supplier's fault, Lyubimy Dom will ship the fabric at its own expense. All our fabrics are carefully packaged. Please inspect the packaging for damage upon receipt. Please note: each fabric has a tag indicating the yardage and fabric number. This tag must be retained until the yardage is verified and no defects are found.
Almost all fabrics are in stock. If payment is made before 12:00 PM, fabrics will be shipped the same day. If payment is made after 12:00 PM, shipment will occur the next business day (Friday is a day off). Exceptions include holidays and force majeure. If the fabric you order is not in stock, delivery times may be affected by factors such as the length of the order, the selected color, and the order period.
After placing an order, in the event of a deviation from the average delivery time (up to 14 days in Turkey, up to 45 days in Europe), the manager of the Lyubimy Dom company is obliged to inform the Customer of the planned delivery date within the next business day.
If, for objective production reasons, we are forced to extend the delivery time, the Lyubimy Dom manager will inform the Customer of the planned delivery date.
The maximum time for completing such a non-standard order is agreed upon with the Customer separately.

Claims for defects must be submitted in writing and include the following information: fabric type, length, order (or shipment) date, and invoice number. A full description of the nature of the defect and the circumstances under which it was discovered must be included.
The fabric replacement process begins only upon receipt of a written request from the customer describing the defect. The decision to classify the fabric as defective is made solely by a Lyubimy Dom specialist upon receipt of the defective fabric. The replacement period for defective fabric does not exceed the declared fabric delivery time. Defective fabric must be returned to the Lyubimy Dom company without fail.
Please note: Claims regarding defects or deviations from the ordered footage after the fabric has been cut will not be accepted.
If defects are discovered during the established warranty period, the consumer, in the manner and within the timeframes established by law, has the right to demand: a proportional reduction in price; free elimination of defects in the product within a reasonable time; reimbursement of expenses for eliminating defects in the product.
In the event that significant defects are discovered during the established warranty period that arose due to the fault of the manufacturer of the goods or falsification of the goods, confirmed, if necessary, by an expert opinion, the consumer, in the manner and within the timeframes established by law, and on the basis of the rules or agreement binding on the parties, has the right, at his discretion, to demand from the seller or manufacturer:

Marriage prevention
PARTNER is a status awarded to clients who register on ldom.com.ua. The decision to assign "Partner" status is made by a manager. To achieve this status, you must be professionally involved in or have a direct relationship with textiles and furniture, and regularly purchase Lyubimy Dom products. This status is granted after the client is fully identified, which is carried out by a manager through a background check. This is a mandatory company requirement, as clients with this status receive the following benefits:

Registered users of the website with Partner status have the opportunity to order promotional products. We offer several options: 1) purchase or 2) free order of promotional products for up to seven days. By choosing the latter option, the Customer agrees to return the catalogs no later than seven days from the date of receipt of the package. The Customer covers the cost of return shipping. In case of violation of the terms of this clause, the Customer may be deprived of Partner status.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms their consent to the use of information received from them, including their personal data, by Lyubimy Dom for marketing and/or any other purposes by methods that do not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine (including by transferring to third parties)
Lyubimy Dom guarantees that during the collection and subsequent use of the information received, all provisions of current Ukrainian legislation on the inviolability of private information will be observed.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to receive news and other informational notifications from Lyubimy Dom via the phone number and/or email address provided.
