The return and exchange of goods is regulated by the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". According to which, fabrics cannot be returned or exchangedBecause this is a product that is cut to order for the buyer.
Fabrics, tulle curtains and lace fabrics of proper quality are not subject to return and exchange on the basis of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No.172, even if the product does not meet expectations. Any discrepancy between the actual color of the fabric and the product image on the website cannot be grounds for a return due to the color rendering characteristics of each individual device (monitor, mobile phone, tablet, laptop, TV).
An error in specifying the required quantity of fabric in the order is also not grounds for a return.

Fabrics of inadequate quality can be returned within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that they have not been used. When returning, be sure to include the invoice!
Transportation costs associated with the return or exchange of fabrics of inadequate quality are paid by the seller.
Refunds will be made to the customer's payment card within 2 business days of the seller receiving the goods.
